Last December 22, 2013, After Me and My boyfriend done attending the worship service in CCF, St. Francis (because both of us were Christians). I asked him if he can accompany me in the SM department store. I am glad that he accompany me.
As we stroll the department store, I told my boyfriend that I want to buy a gift that serves as my birthday present and Chrismas Gift for myself but I still don't know what it was. He told me that choose a product that makes me happy. So lucky to have a boyfriend like him, he is always supportive to me <3 p="">
It took us an hour or more to look for the product that I like and suddenly I notice this product that catches my eye.
JML WetStraight Pro
First thing that pops to my head is... JML Wet Straight Pro? The name itself was not familiar to me but I immediately asked the salesman about this product. The salesman told me that this Flat Iron is manufactured by John Mills Limited at London, United Kingdom.
Moreover, he told me that this flat iron is the best selling flat Iron here in SM shopping centers wherein most of the shoppers like me dropped by in their stall and bought this product since 2008. When I heard it from the salesman, I asked my boyfriend if he can give me a time to try this product. And guess what... He allowed me (hihihihi).
With the permission of my boyfriend, I asked the salesman to demonstrate it to my hair. When he demonstrate it to me, I am so amazed with this product because it gives shiny and smooth effect. I asked some few questions to the salesman about the product (e.g General safety and precautions, how to use it etc.) After the further explanation from the salesman, I decided to bought this product with the support of my boyfriend of course.
For your information, I bought this product worth PHP 2,500.00. Their is the other JML straightener that cost much cheaper (I think that is the ceramic one) but I prefer this one because I want to use it either my hair is dry or damp.
What I like about this product is because it is sleek and lightweight ergonomic design. It includes a carry case (where you can store your hair straightener) and heat resisted mat :

The first thing I like about this product is that it has 5 different temperature settings that I can control which is from 140C to 210C. Temparature control helps to deliver the heat consistently.

The salesman explained to me that each 5 different temperature settings are suitable for all hair types even for the unruly hair. He said that:
140C-160C- for fine hair
180C- for Medium hair
200C-210C- for Thick Hair
The JML Wet Straight Pro have it's features called Ionic Lustre enhancing hydro-balance technology and Bespoke optium operating temparature. With the amazing new ionic function, I can hear the faint crackling sound produced by the ionic functions which helps to smooth my hair. The ionic function helps to prevent the build up of static electricity in my hair and works to maintain a healthy moisture balance, for that smooth radiant effect.
Because my hair is thick but I don't want to use it in that highest setting because I am scared that my hair will get burned or even dried my hair. I decided to use it in either 140C-160C because it works very well to my hair. It is important that before ironing or curling the hair, put some heat protective serum to avoid damage to my hair. Any heat protective serum will do.
Secondly, The JML Wet Straight Pro has a Anonized Thermal Plates which creates silky smooth hair and it is Tatanium:

Tatanium plates also scratch resistant unlike in ceramic ones.
Thirdly, The JML Wet Straight Pro can also be used for damp hair
See the holes? That is where the very hot steam comes out of the holes in the plates; Ensure this does not come into contact with your skin. Good thing, I haven't experience burns from my Iron =p
At the back of the JML Wet Straight Pro also features this so called lines ( I don't know what it called) which helps to curl the hair. So I can either straight my hair or curl my hair depending on my taste.
Lastly, JML Wet Straight Pro also has 2m salon length swivel power lead so that when I want to either curl or straighten my hair, it will be very easier for me. It includes also a hooked End where I can hang my Wet Straight pro but I prefer to keep it in the carry case.
I really love JML Wet Straight Pro, because when I use it after I bought it, my hair becomes silky,smooth and it eliminates tangles too. I become more amazed that my hair becomes tangle free for almost 2 days even I Iron it on the other day. When I show it to my sisters the product, they also tried and loved the product too.
I recommend to all women to buy this product because it is worth a penny. It is very cheap and affordable to use =)
